The quote tool

To generate quotes, we collect: gender, birth date, your self-rated health status, whether you use tobacco, your preferred coverage amount, and your desired term. This information goes directly to the carrier quoting service and is not retained here. Getting quotes never requires your name, street address, phone, or email. For speed, if you run the same quote twice, it may be served from cache rather than requesting new rates.

Applying

When you decide to apply, your submitted information is used to populate the form on the carriers' secure application service, and you'll be bound by their stated privacy policy. Your application goes through Susman Insurance Agency, a California state-licensed agency (License 0B75129).

The contact form

Through the contact form, you provide your full name, email address, optional phone number, your preferred contact method, subject category, and your message. This message travels by email to the agency with your email serving as the reply address. We maintain no message archive, contact database, or content log. Your browser runs a quick check to prevent abuse before submission.

Measurement

Analytics on this site operate through a first-party, cookie-free system deployed from this domain. No cookies are produced and no persistent user identifiers are generated; your IP address is anonymized (the last two octets are stripped) before storage; query parameters from referral links are discarded; server logs are purged after three months. Visitors using Do Not Track headers or Global Privacy Control signals are excluded from all counting.

What we do not do

We do not transfer, sell, or exchange personal visitor information. We don't employ advertising tracking software or third-party web analytics platforms. The sole exception is the application platform run by the carriers on our application page, which operates only if you navigate there.
